Nathalie Menendes,

Dr. Menendes obtained her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from CMU in 2002. She started working at Saginaw Psychological Services, Inc in 2003. She has a breadth of knowledge and experience in both psychological evaluations and therapy. She has worked with individuals of all ages and with a variety of issues such as individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, pre-surgical patients, Social Security applicants, Inpatient populations, people experiencing symptoms of Dissociative Identity Disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, grief, neurocognitive disorders, personality disorders, learning disabilities, and intellectual disorders. She has worked with individuals, couples, and families. She is passionate about empowering and mentoring women in her field. She also believes in providing a safe and supportive space to those in our community who struggle to find such spaces.
Barbara Goss,
COO
Barbara Goss obtained her Master Degree in Social Work in 1999 and received her full licensure in 2001. She started working at Saginaw Psychological Services, Inc. in 2012. She is currently our Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this she held positions as Clinical Director, Human Resource Director and Clinical Supervisor as well as keeping a mental health therapy caseload. Barb's leadership style is leading by example, which is why it's important to her to maintain her roots in client care. She specializes in treating personality disorders and is an expert in dialectical behavior therapy, trauma (with training in prolonged exposure), anxiety disorders, grief, mood disorders and a host of others. Barb is passionate about helping people heal after going through a traumatic/stressful experience. She loves giving back to the community and has been a part of Saginaw County's B-Well initiative to treat the whole person by linking both mental and physical health.
